Q:What payment terms accept?

Q:How to delivery the cargo?

2. Delivered in Hong Kong

We support delivery to the designated address in Hong Kong, in order to avoid affecting the speed of delivery, the following cases are shipped by express delivery on delivery by default:

 

1) For Hong Kong delivery, if the weight exceeds 3kg or the volume exceeds 0.03 cubic meters, the shipping cost should be paid in accordance with the charges of Hong Kong courier company.

2) Specified delivery address is a warehouse, container terminal, airport, remote areas, special areas (including but not limited to urban residential areas, housing estates, schools), customers need to pay a surcharge in accordance with the Hong Kong courier company's rates.

Note: If you are not comfortable doing freight collect or need to specify a carrier, please call ahead and negotiate with CONNSON customer representative.

 

3. Express delivery

1)Domestic order :The order amount over 200RMB free of shipping, less than 200RMB freight collect.

2)International order: Usually, all price is base on EXW-China, the international shipping cost should be borne by the buyer.

Q: Is your parts guaranteed and is it original?

A: The products sold by CONNSON are 100% new and original, and are subject to third-party testing.

 

Q: Is the online inventory accurate?

A: The online inventory is updated once a week. Given that the spot inventory changes everyday, please double confirm with salesman before placing your order. Online in-stock inventory limit display 50000, if can’t search the model which you want, please contact salesman directly.

 

Q: When will the order be shipped after confirmation?

A: If buy self-owned stock, the order will be shipped on the same day before 16:30; if buy non-self-owned stock, the order normally will be shipped within 1~3 days from the date of order placement, in case of special circumstances beyond this time limit, the salesman will explain in advance.

 

Q: Who will bear the return shipping costs?

A: Returns arising from the quality of goods, return shipping costs are borne by CONNSON.

For returns arising from personal reasons, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer personally.

 

Q: Can I apply for a billing period?

A:Yes, for existing customers if you need to apply for a billing period, please contact our business counterpart (Note: Currently, new customers are not accepted to apply for a billing period at present)

 

Q:How do I track my order?

A: The salesman will update the courier tracking number after the order is shipped, please check the delivery progress by yourself at the corresponding courier company's official website. Note: Some delivery methods may not provide tracking information.

 

Q: What should I do if the product is damaged in transit?
